Call Purpose: Discovery Sales Calls are for determining fit and discussing potential project scope. They are not a consulting session. To book a paid consulting session, contact casey@mountainwestgrants.com.

My business week is Monday–Thursday, 8 am–4 pm MST. Email is my preferred communication method. I respond to emails by the end of our next business day.
Grant writing is COLLABORATIVE! Your organization’s point-person is required to respond in a timely manner to document requests, answers to clarifying questions, proposal draft reviews, and final grant submission. Lack of engagement will delay grant submission. I will clearly communicate deadlines in our monthly grant funding meetings and via email.
Grant submission is ultimately the responsibility of the client (even if I provide all of the materials for you). You will create a nonprofit email address we can share to communicate with funding sources and access submission portals. Once a grant is submitted, I will share all grant proposal documents and funder contact information with you and schedule a reminder to follow up. I use Google Drive to manage grant documents.
4 weeks of lead time are required to write foundation grants, and 6 weeks required for write state grants.
If you want to pursue a grant without the appropriate lead time, I may 1) not write it, 2) require an additional charge, or 3) swap out a future grant.
I absoultely will not share your data. Final products belong to your organization.
